What is a Health & Wellness Coach?

​

A health and wellness coach works one-on-one with individuals who want to improve their health and well-being. Using concepts drawn from psychology, behavior change, and life coaching fields, a wellness coach helps their client overcome obstacles to maintain healthy habits for life.

Clients might engage a wellness coach for any number of reasons, including:

  • Losing weight

  • Gaining muscle mass

  • Healthy hobbies 

  • Improving food relationships

  • Eating a healthier diet

  • Achieving better work-life balance

  • Increasing life satisfaction

  • Prioritizing self-care/ self- love 

  • Practicing a positive mindset

About Coach Chanel

Graduated from the University of Central Oklahoma with her Bachelors degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Science. Never did she think that her passion in fitness would be in group exercise classes, but here she is killing the game and inspiring groups of people to change from the inside- out. Her confidence grew after she began molding her body at 15 years old into the shape she desired where she originated the company name ConFITdent.

She trains varies ages, backgrounds and fitness levels across the nation and has made long- lasting transformations in the homes of many along with working on clients fitness goals, she has been nationally qualified two times in bikini competitions in Miami and could possibly compete again one day!
