Your experience matters to us. While all sales are final, we're here to ensure every order meets our standards. 

Our Commitment: We prioritize quality, consistency and your overall experience. While subscriptions are flexible, all prepared orders are final due to the perishable nature of our products. 

At EDEN, every order is prepared fresh and handled with care to ensure the highest quality upon arrival. 

Processing Time: All orders are delivered to subscribers on Thursday between 10a- 2pm.

We are not responsible for orders left unattended after delivery. All juices are cold- pressed and perishable. For the best experience, refrigerate immediately upon arrival and consume within 20 days.

Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (weekly or monthly, depending on your selection).

You may pause, skip, or cancel your subscription at any time with at least 48 hours' notice before your next billing date. 

Cancellations:

• Requests made after the 48- hour window will apply to the next billing cycle.
• Once an order has been processed, it cannot be canceled or refunded.

Missed Deliveries:

EDEN is not responsible for missed deliveries due to incorrect information or unavailability at the time of delivery.
