It's Summertime!

The Booty and Core focused 4-week challenge is going to be using progressive overload training method to keep your body engaged and adaptive. The training days will be set for 5 days per week and increased intensity on each workout to maximize the results in this challenge!

 

The packets emailed provide a weekly workout routine and GroupMe meals and snacks to help grow and lean out the muscles we gain together. Stay interactive on Instagram and Facebook for updates as well!
